Maximilian Hess is a Non-Resident Senior Fellow in the Eurasia Program at the Foreign Policy Research Institute and the founder of Enmetena Advisory, a London-based political risk consultancy. He is also the author of Economic War: Ukraine and the Global Conflict between Russia and the West. His research focuses on the intersection of trade, debt, international relations, and foreign policy, with particular attention to the connections between political and economic networks.
